Hello to all you lovely guys and girls thank you so much for all you have done for all of us. My dad was in the navy in the Second World War. My brother was in the army and served in Northern Ireland during the troubles there. Two of my nephew’s have also served in the navy. I can not begin to think what you all have been through and how you all survive day to day, but I do know you are all so strong in your heart and minds and that is why you are reading my letter today. My Grandfather was gassed in the First World War together with the gun carriage horses he was caring for. He never talked of his experiences but his suffering for his country was a proud endurance for him. On a trip to Canada I was humbled to meet a family who had lost family members in France in WW2. They too were proud of their suffering for the good of mankind. Never, ever, think that you and your service to protect fellow man, will be forgotten. Your bravery and courage awesome. Thankyou.

I am probably going through some kind of mental health myself but for different reasons, I’m not ex forces but always been proud to be British , today I struggle with society but always and I mean always think of those top guys that have been there for us through out but now we need to make sure they and I mean are own are looked after !!
