I would like share a message of respect to all who served and who continue to serve, also our families that have had to continue to support us after military life.Nobody should be alone, feeling isolated at xmas but remember there are charities out there who can support any veteran feeling alone. Please take advantage of all the support out there and dont feel embarrassed to ask. Lets all try and help a veteran and help them access services they deserve to prevent isolation. Merry xmas all
