I am probably going through some kind of mental health myself but for different reasons, I’m not ex forces but always been proud to be British , today I struggle with society but always and I mean always think of those top guys that have been there for us through out but now we need to make sure they and I mean are own are looked after !! It breaks my heart that they are not at the front of the queue when it comes to HELP either jobs , counselling , just showing we care ,
