You wear your armour and mask like a hat and coat, protection against the outside, only feeling safe to take it off alone indoors and I understand that. But only you can change that, only you know the lie that the words ' me ? Yeah I'm alright ' are. Please, please reach out ...... Charities, religions, organisations can all help, hell, even telling the guy at the next pub table ' I'm having a crap day ' is a start. Don't spend another day alone, reach out, let someone reach back 🤗
