I'm sad your feeling Isolated, lonely and that you need to shut the world away. I want you to know your a wonderful person for whom I am imensely greatful to. Your courage and loyalty to every individual in this country makes me feel safe and worthy of all you have achieved within the battles you have faced. Dont be sad. you are wonderful, you are loved and appreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. thank you for being so brave.

I know what is like to spend a Christmas alone and far away from your loved ones i was there! Wish all veterans a very merry Christmas and i hope that the new year will be a better one then the year that's about to end ! For those feel isolated i say keep yourselvies occupied, chin up be positive and remember that too much drink is not the answer!

I understand the hardest thing is reaching out, especially when you've lived with pride, standards & success. When you realise you are in a storm & panic sets in & you can't seem to understand why or what is happening to you because everything is like a washing machine in your head, it does stop, it does get better with love, kindness & guidance of those around you. You are valued and loved so try to keep talking, you can do this x

You have done so much for others, it's time to remember you, someone, somewhere thinks of you, even feels the same as you. Don't be afraid to take a step forward even if it is one step a day, there is a hand waiting for you to hold too

To all those who have or still protect the freedom fought for everyday that some take for granted, thank you. Without your time, bravery and determination we would not be living the lives that we do today. Your stories and personal memories make amazing moments to hear, never stop sharing them, and if you can't share them, that's OK too. Your who we look up to, who we respect and thank, there is no one greater than a soldier who protects the right to be free.
