I understand the hardest thing is reaching out, especially when you've lived with pride, standards & success. When you realise you are in a storm & panic sets in & you can't seem to understand why or what is happening to you because everything is like a washing machine in your head, it does stop, it does get better with love, kindness & guidance of those around you. You are valued and loved so try to keep talking, you can do this x
