If you are feeling lonely or down, please just reach out. There are many people who want to help or just be there to talk to you. You don't need to feel alone, we're here for each other in good times and bad. I hope you are surrounded by friends and family this Christmas but if not, please just say and I'm sure any one of us would gladly invite you to our table with open arms.
