Thank you for caring about your country and wanting to serve in the forces to protect those you love. I am an ex service wife and know some of the hardship you may face. Don’t ever give up hope, tomorrow is a fresh start, please don’t be too proud to ask for help, hope you find some peace this Christmas

Simon Ransom

Sadly Si Ransom is no longer with us! He was diagnosed with MND in 2021, where his biggest battle started. He fought to the very end, like the true warrior he was, but sadly lost that battle yesterday (3rd Dec 23). He served a full military career in The Light Infantry / Rifles and was a legend to all who had the pleasure to serve along side him. My thoughts & love got to his amazing family, who have lost someone truly special. Now at peace, Stand easy, Duty done. God Bless you Si, Fly High X

Hi, How are you? I'm in a VW camper group, and I noticed many men and women are meeting up over this time for a beer and a chat. You could be one of them? And you don't need a camper to join. I keep busy, and you can too. I'm not here to tell you what to do and I know depression can be debilitating just trying to give out a few ideas and hope. Hi I’m Charlotte,15.My grandma recently passed she’s had dementia for the past 6 odd years.Over those years I visited her almost every Sunday.She spoke often of her father who served in the military.The story’s she told me made me so grateful for those who served.Thank you for serving it allowed me to have some really special moments with my grandmother whilst I still could.Your selfless didn’t only benefit me it’s helped so many and for that thank you.
