Thank you all for being brave enough to sign up in the first place. Can't imagine what you've been through. As a person who has mental health problems, please remember, you are not alone! Whether it's physical or mental there is help out there. I go to work,( I'm an aging truck driver lol) sometimes feeling like absolute s**t. Then I think about folks like yourselves who have seen/done what it requires to be in the armed forces. Take care everyone and remember there is alot of love for you xxx
