When we are in a hard place we can lose sight of simple things. Always see your strength from within and look at the beautiful soul that you are as seen by others around you. Don’t look back as you are not going that way .... believe in your amazing energy and have one positive saying to quote every day, if you feel at rock bottom, remember that you need that firm foundation to rebuild your journey with every step you take.
