Wishing you a measure of peace this Christmas and New Year. No matter how lonely or isolated you feel, there always those who will listen. I’m one of many. Everyone always says thank you for your service and willingness to put your lives on the line, which I echo. Many don’t realise that the real sacrifice is your sanity and emotional well being. I promise you that you’re not alone, please reach out. With all my heart I wish you peace xx
