Hi there I just wanted to pass on a message of hope that life can get better. We can be in the darkest recesses of our minds but then something life changing happens. For me it was meeting my partner and his dog. In 2019 I lost everything, a friend off Facebook offered me a place to stay and we have not looked back. Thank you for your service and there is no greater sacrifice than you have given. You can make it back into the light I too have struggled with deep depression. Keep hope alive
