I know you feel alone at this time of year but even though i cannot be with you in a physical way , you are always in my thoughts and prayers. I want to tell you how proud i am of you, not just for what you have done but for who you are. You have come so far, don't give up now. This is a new life in a new year ahead and it's time to reach out to others. In doing so you not only help yourself but others who have also been through what you have experienced.
