I hope reaching out to you at what can feel like a difficult time if you’re feeling lonely, isolated or sad, my message offers you a little comfort that you are in my thoughts, you are appreciated, valued and never alone. That might be difficult to believe so perhaps instead take a touch of comfort. I really do wish you a Merry Christmas filled if not with joy at least a little peace. Please reach out and talk to somebody there are people to lean on, share with and who absolutely do care.
