Just wanted to say "hello" & that I'm thinking about you. I find this time of year a bit difficult, so understand it can be a bit hard. Know that youre not forgotten about & that people care. I appreciate your service & sacrifice, and hope that you in time feel happier & more at peace than you do now. Sometimes we just have to breathe, take one step at a time & keep going. Ive managed to find joy in simple things & hope you can too. You are important, brave, special & cared about. Best wishes x
