If you are reading this, as a veteran, I thank you. When you chose to serve, I don't know if you knew what it would be like then or now, really, but I hope you are doing OK. I don't know you personally but I think of you often and I want you to know how much I appreciate YOU and all the hard work and effort you put in to not only the training, but the battles, the journeys and the sacrifices you made, all of it. Now, I hope you focus on you, give yourself permission, it's ok, you've got this. Xx
