You have given so much and no one really knows or understands just what you gave and what it cost you except you. You can only talk about such things with your fellow servicemen and women and once you leave the services suddenly your family and support have gone. I want to say reach out, don’t be alone or lonely. Find a charity you believe in and volunteer. Put all of those skills you have and continue to help others. Know you aren’t alone you are wanted and valued and special. Xxx
