I know it can sometimes feel like everything is just too much, too miserable, too difficult. I promise you that it can get better, and will if you want the help. Never think you are not worthy, valued or appreciated - just look at these messages! YOU ARE ENOUGH as you are, and there will always be people who want to help, in whatever way they can.
