My Grandads (both) and my Dad, 3 of my Uncles and 2 of my aunts have all fought for their country- all are proud yet none will talk about it, I only found out 1 of my Grandad’s had an MBE after he passed. So, despite my family history, I have no idea how you are or if you are well as maybe you just don’t want to talk about it too. And that’s ok as long as it’s because you don’t need to. Just know you are thought about and cared about & I wish you a Happy Christmas, health & happiness for 2023
