Unfortunately, it’s easy for people to seem grateful for the service given by force’s personnel. Then they forget life continues. Finding a new job, returning to family and friends isn’t easy. Struggling with memories and moving forward not simple. Your service is much appreciated, I’m sure you hear that often, but don’t forget, life continues, and your well-being is important. Have a good Christmas, a make the most of the future. I am sure you are aware life is important. Love, live, laugh
