Hello & Happy Christmas to you. If you are lonely, remember that the military is your family forever (when others don't understand what you have been through, your military family do). So reach out. People do care, but can be they are so wrapped up in their own world, that they don't think to check in with friends, family, colleagues or someone sat on the bus. You have been in worse positions & you got through!So dig deep, remember your achievements & how special you are. Respect & thanks xxx
