As the daughter of an Army vet with PTSD, I want you to know that you are not alone. Whilst Christmas is seen as a time for joy and for loved ones to get together, it can also isolate people. I know it's hard but reach out, people care and we want you to feel included. Without you playing your part in our armed forces, we wouldn't be living the lives we do now, we all owe you so much. From my little family to you, Merry Christmas and thankyou!
