To all those who have proudly served this country and protected us during troubled times. You have done yourselves and this country proud. My partner is a serving Para and I am so proud of him and all that he has done, as I am for what you have done. Hold your heads high and remember that you are never alone, you are in my thoughts not only this Christmas but all times. If things get really tough, please talk to someone and never bottle things up, you deserve all the help going. Sending Love xx
