Please know that you are never forgotten. Life can be full of ups and downs and sometimes more downs. I know because I’ve been there but it is possible to pull through and keep going with the knowledge that someone somewhere cares enough to listen. It’s really important to ask for help, if needed. Never feel foolish or less “manly” to do so. You have served or are serving your country and are massively valued for your service. The country thanks you and cares.
