I'm not military, but my late father was proud of his wartime service in the RAF and both of my grandfathers served in WWI. If they hadn't done the right thing by joining up, I wouldn't be here. You - whatever your role - have helped to keep this country safe and the rest of us owe you a debt of gratitude. Do ask for help if you are struggling and need it. Thank you for your service and have a Happy Christmas and a bright New Year.
