Just want to say your amazing! The world is a better place with you, and what you have done I couldn't do. If days and nights are tough remember you are not alone, please speak to someone, even if it's your dog or next doors cat. Get outside if you can and take a breath, listen (even if it's your neighbour singing bad songs!). My pup dog is sending you a cuddle too xxx
