i am grateful for all you have done, keeping everyone i hold dear safe. i cannot hope to understand what you have been through. since losing my husband i know how it feels to be lonely in a crowded room. please seek help. i beat mine by becoming a volunteer at the local hospital and it has brought purpose back to me. please look after yourself and reach out to someone, maybe the salvation army. you could help with christmas lunch for the homeless or elderly. god bless
