I was in the police and then security always in a team surrounded by chosen family who had my back, was there for me ever day we would do anything for each other, then through circumstances of my ill health and covid isolation I was kept away from those I needed most, a text or phone call was one thing but to sit and have those laughs and even tears I felt seen and wanted. I thought I had lost that as I wasn’t telling them I needed them but when I did I had them back. Don’t be alone ask for help
