My heart and thanks go to you all. May God bless you all. My father was only 19 when he rescued a pilot from a burning plane. He was awarded his DFM later. The service life is not easy but those who choose it have my thanks as they strive to keep this country safe. Happy Christmas to you and all your families. For those in isolation I will send my best wishes. Believe me, you are not forgotten, and if my grandchildren are anything to go by, never will be.
