Firstly I thank you for your service and the sacrifices that that meant. I am the wife of a veteran who unfortunately lost the battle with his demons. He fought hard and proud but they were too much. If only he realised the devastation he left! Please know there is always someone out there to talk to, someone willing to help! Just take that first step ! It is not weak to say you need help. We all do at a time! You are special and so worth it! You are stronger than you realise. You can do this!
