Hello you, how are you? No, really, how are you? I hope you're truly doing OK, but please, if you're not, just say. You don't have to be the strong one who never shows any cracks. You're allowed to be honest and you're allowed to be fragile. And you've always been so brave - braver than most of us civvies, that's for sure. So, friend, I hope that you know that I'm so grateful to you and for everything you've done for me. And I hope you know how proud of you I am - thank you.
