Firstly thank you for your service. I don't know you but having had parents and my son in law serve I know how it can affect people in many different ways. If you are struggling please reach out for help and it may just change how your feeling. I hope you can find someone to chat to and help stop the loneliness. My thoughts are with you over what may be a difficult time, but please never forget there are people who are forever grateful to you. Merry Christmas. X
