Hello sir or ma’am, I hope that this year’s Christmas and new years brings you joy, comfort and laughter. Thank you for serving this country and I hope that whatever challenges may arise do not take too much of a toll. Enjoy a nice cup of tea ( or coffee if you prefer that) and a mince pie or cookie by a Christmas tree. Thank you for everything and hope the next year brings a lot of joy your way!!
