From a military family with a current serving boyfriend and ex army father in law, you will always have a space at the table at Christmas. Please don't be afraid to reach out for help and support from family, friends or charities, there will always be someone for a cuppa, you don't have to fight this battle alone. My dad always used to say it will all be alright in the end....and if it's not...well it's not the end. Have a lovely Christmas, wishing you every happiness for a brighter 2023. xx
