Please don't be alone in your own head - it can be a dark and scary place - reach out. You might accidentally rescue someone else at the same time as you rescue yourself. There is life on the other side of trauma, and there is safe & familiar on the otherside of being lost and afraid. Huge huge hugs.... take as many as you need...share some if you can. And when you feel like no one cares, remember I do. I always have. I always will. With all my heart. Don't ever forget you are worth it.
