If you are reading this message then you are having a hard time of things one way or another. Please so not dispare, we may never have been in your situation, so cannot dare to imagine how you must be feeling or thinking. However, if you are able, try to find something good to focus on, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem in the bigger picture of life today. That small positive thing may help to open doors for you and be the light at the end of the tunnel. I still struggle at times
