Christmas can be a hard time for some watching everyone enjoying themselves when you can hardly do anything I'm thinking about everyone feeling like this and just want to say take 1 step at a time 1 day at a time congratulate yourself for small achievements love yourself even though its hard and remember that people do care about you even though it's hard to believe smile and just try big hugs 🫂 from someone who cares and understands 😊 Jennifer
