Life can be tough after being out in the theatre of War. There is help for you. Please try and communicate with one of the Veteran charities, who will be able to help you. I have heartfelt thanks to members of my family that have served in the forces so that we can live in peace. You are not forgotten, and I am sure that like me, many others here and abroad give thanks for your contribution. My best wishes for now and hope for a better future for you. Thank you
