No-one except your fellow veterans can begin to understand what you have given and survived in your role as a member of the forces. Remember a tiny step can be a victory when you are struggling. Take deep breaths , hold your head high and remember that we enjoy the gift of freedom because of you. Sending lots of love and huge hugs xx
