Please reach out for help, you are very important to us. It is important to get out and about in the fresh air and do make the effort to speak to someone even if it's just good morning. My husband was struggling and lost all his confidence. I bought him a dog so he had to go out. You did a grand job in the services so please reach out. My thoughts are with you this Christmas and always. Thank you x
