Please remember that you are our true heroes and are in our thoughts. I count my blessing that you guys and gals have the courage to be out there keeping us safe. I had a Stoke 2 years ago, it took a lot of time but what helped me most was finding the courage to ask for help and join a support group, meeting people that understood I am now so happy that I managed to take that first step. Sending you my heartfelt thanks and best wishes for a good Xmas and 2023
