I'm hoping I find you well and looking forward to some family time over Christmas. But I appreciate that it can be challenging too, when those around you find it hard to identify with your down days. Please know that you are well respected and appreciated by so many people right round the country and further afield. Sending you lots of love, fun and joy over Christmas and strength and peace for the coming year.
