I as a daughter of my father who was in the Army I feel obliged to write a note x I’ve worked and lived army life for most of my life and can only wish to say to anyone feeling low or down or for whatever reason feel they are totally on your own ! You are not, there are many of us who will always be free to chat and listen to any veteran wanting to chat…. Being lonely is one of the worst feelings to have but be assured there are always people out there who want to listen and possibly help
