For so many, Christmas is a lonely time. For me it is also a time of reflecting on those we have lost and those who have served to protect us. I wish I could reach out and put an arm around your shoulders. That’s why I give to Help for Heroes. It’s my way of reaching out and saying thank you. It’s nothing compared with your sacrifice but I hope it helps to know that people do care.
