To all those who have, like me, served our country with pride and honour remember we are part of an elite group, and always will be, that are there for each other and people are out there that wish to help those of us who need it. For those who need the help I say to you, "The hardest thing to do is to ask for help and our pride can sometimes get in the way but please, please try and get past it and get help so that enjoy many more years of being part of this special group of people".
