Paul or Smiler Cooper, I was in services for 38 yrs until medical retired after an incident. I was a PTI, I had a spinal injury, two lots of surgery but didn’t work for me, so now in a wheelchair.

Hi Greg, I have been were you are, as I spent 3 years in bed, on floor or away from home on intense physiotherapy & under a mind specialist. I found isolation difficult until it became a learning time, reading, time to myself to decompress my life. I started campaigning on things that matter to me like the way politicians treat us veterans, die in dignity campaign and Britain in general. I joyed social media. Most importantly talk to fellow veterans as we all feel the same at times 💪🏻💪🏻👊
