Every time I go past Catterick Garrison, Phoenix House, and the War Memorial I think of people like you who gave so much. You are not forgotten and never will be. It is because of what you did for this country that I make a monthly donation to Help for Heroes, in the hope that it will help brave veterans, just like you. Please remember that they are there to help in many ways. Have you contacted them? If not, now is an excellent time to do so. They will understand and not judge you.
