Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my bottom :p You have given up so much to keep us safe and it really is appreciated. You are thought of and remembered. My nephew served in the RAF regiment, my mum the womens RAF and by dad the army. We live in safer times because you looked after us. So a huge thank you to you. Be with a friend or family or remind yourself of happy times to keep your spirits up. You are valuable and validated. sending love and virtual hugs xx
