Thank you for being brave and defending the country and the people of the country I was married to a veteran so I know how hard it can be , but you should not be ashamed to seek and accept help, it's your right, I know you cannot unsee many horrific things that you may of seen, but talking helps, baby steps is always a good start, without people like you I wouldn't have the life I have now, Make 2023 a new start
