Thank you so much for all the unseen work you do protecting us and other vulnerable citizens around the world. Although we only see you on remembrance days we very much appreciate what you do to keep us safe, whilst putting yourself at tremendous personal risk. I have never served but have expetienced dark times having lost 2 friends in very tragic circumstances, and I thought I could never function again but through talking therapy, I found my way back. You can too, it is not a race, you can.
